The deal, in plain language.

Talnt turns a candidate's resume into a personal website and operates a recruiting network in which our recruiters introduce candidates to employers. Creating an account means you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Keep your credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. You must be 16 or older. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

You own what you upload — your resume, profile text, and photo. You give us permission to host, process, and display it according to the visibility settings you choose, which is what makes your page work. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you publish; don't present someone else's work or credentials as your own.

AI structures your uploaded documents into profile data. You review and approve everything before it's published, and the final content is yours.

Talnt is free for candidates. Publishing a page and joining the talent network are choices you control, as is unpublishing or leaving. We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or employment — we work to make good introductions, and outcomes depend on you and the employer.

Employer use of the network — submitting roles, receiving candidate submissions, and requesting introductions — is governed by the Placement Fee Agreement your company accepts inside the product before those features unlock. That agreement (including the fee, candidate-ownership window, replacement guarantee, and non-circumvention clause) is recorded with a timestamp and the exact text accepted, and controls over these terms where the two overlap.

Don't scrape the site, harvest contact information, misuse candidate data, misrepresent who you are, attempt to bypass the recruiting network to avoid fees, or interfere with the service's operation. We may remove content or suspend access for violations.

The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it fast, correct, and available, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent the law allows, Talnt's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (for candidates, that's zero).

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections about content, fees, and liability survive termination.

If we change these terms, we'll update the effective date and flag material changes in the product. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA.
